During the warranty period, customers can enjoy free repair parts or replacements for issues arising during overseas operations, specifically related to material and manufacturing defects. However, damages caused by human error or improper handling are excluded. Instructions and Use We can provide a complete user manual and instructional videos for explanation and application. Additionally, our 24/7 online consulting service allows for easy resolution of any issues at any time. Shipping and Freight For more options for our customers, Suslaser only offers Exw pricing, which is factory price without shipping. However, if necessary, we can provide door-to-door express service and assist with shipping the machines through carriers like DHL, FedEx, EMS, and TNT with prepaid freight or bulk accounts. Customers can also have their carriers contact us, and we will do our best to cooperate with them. Customization  If customers need customization or OEM services, please contact our staff for details. Changes in appearance, such as logos, operating system backgrounds, additional Outlook features, printing, and languages, can be easily achieved. For technical changes like PDT using two applicators or combining cavitation with Lipo laser, please inquire.
